1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7up7down ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 7up7down website, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7up7down platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

7up7down reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform's homepage or via email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read alongside the 7up7down Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7up7down platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or affiliate of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active account on 7up7down under a different username, email address, or identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from 7up7down or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7up7down, nor are you a close family member of such a person.

7up7down enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. We employ automated and manual age verification processes at the point of registration and during ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

By completing the registration process on 7up7down, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria and that the information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games and betting services available on 7up7down, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current throughout the life of your account. If any of your details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team at support@7up7down.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 7up7down. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7up7down reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending transactions, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 7up7down will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

As part of our ongoing KYC obligations, 7up7down may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or the source of funds used for deposits. Commonly requested documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, 7up7down may place restrictions on withdrawals or the maximum deposit amount permitted on your account. These restrictions are lifted promptly upon successful verification.

All financial transactions on 7up7down are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 7up7down does not accept payments made using third-party accounts — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited to your 7up7down wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. 7up7down is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account withdrawal settings. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within one to three hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed by the start of the next working day. Once approved by our finance team, funds are typically received in your bKash or Nagad account within minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed KYC identity verification.

• There must be no open investigation or pending fraud review associated with your account.

Players are encouraged to log in periodically to avoid dormancy classification.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on 7up7down, you agree to the specific terms governing that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period are stated clearly in each promotion's terms page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on 7up7down unless explicitly overridden in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that have cleared the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or misleading referrals, will be forfeited and the offending account closed.
• 7up7down reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on games or markets that are excluded from the relevant promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 7up7down's decision on all gameplay and betting disputes is final, subject to any formal escalation procedure described in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7up7down. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on 7up7down, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Fraudulent deposits: Making deposits using stolen, compromised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or initiating chargebacks in bad faith after wagering deposit funds.
• Money laundering: Using 7up7down as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. We are obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf without the express written permission of 7up7down.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or impersonating any representative of 7up7down in any communication channel.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of 7up7down.
• Prohibited jurisdiction access: Accessing 7up7down from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to mask your true location.

7up7down reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Where a breach is confirmed, any winnings generated during or as a result of the prohibited activity will be forfeited in full, and no claim for those winnings will be entertained.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7up7down reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 7up7down.
• The account holder is a politically exposed person (PEP) or is subject to international sanctions.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your 7up7down account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at support@7up7down. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any verified outstanding withdrawal balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Please note that closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any wagered funds or forfeited bonuses.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings or contact our support team directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the selected exclusion period has elapsed. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and will make every reasonable effort to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform during the exclusion period.

Reinstatement: Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms are not eligible for reinstatement. Accounts closed voluntarily or under a temporary self-exclusion may apply for reinstatement after the applicable exclusion period by contacting our support team and completing any required re-verification steps.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7up7down shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. Our total aggregate liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in that same calendar year.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7up7down with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
